General Disclaimer

Deivil Trull – NodeDen, FIE (registration code 17410736), hereinafter “NodeDen” provides repair and refurbishment services based on customer-provided information and diagnostics. All work is performed with the utmost care and confidentiality. However, due to the nature of electronic repairs, we cannot guarantee recovery of all data or full restoration in all cases.

Data and Privacy

Clients are advised to back up all data before submitting a device for repair. NodeDen is not responsible for data loss during diagnostics or repairs. Devices are handled securely, and access is limited to authorized personnel. Passwords should be provided only when absolutely necessary and with explicit consent.

Purchasing & Returns Information

All purchases are completed via the Osta.ee platform, however the seller is NodeDen (sole proprietor). Customers have the right to return products within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. If used beyond necessary inspection, the customer is responsible for any decrease in value. Direct return-related costs (such as shipping and platform fees) are covered by the customer unless agreed otherwise. All devices sold by NodeDen are used or refurbished unless stated otherwise and may show signs of wear. For any issues or claims, please contact NodeDen directly.

Warranty

Warranty for Repair Services

NodeDen provides a 3-month warranty on repair work performed, starting from the date the device is returned to the client. The warranty covers only the specific repair or replaced part performed by NodeDen and applies solely to defects directly caused by improper workmanship or faulty replacement parts supplied by NodeDen.

The warranty does not cover:

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, NodeDen will, at its discretion, re-repair the device or replace the faulty part. No other compensation is provided.

Warranty for Refurbished Devices

Refurbished or used devices sold by NodeDen include a 12-month limited warranty, unless stated otherwise in writing. The warranty covers hardware defects that were present at the time of sale and were not disclosed to the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

In the event of a valid warranty claim, NodeDen may repair, replace, or refund the device, depending on the nature of the fault.

Limitation of Liability

NodeDen is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances. NodeDen is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, loss of business, or any consequential damages. NodeDen’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or device.

Liability

While all care is taken in handling and repairing client devices, NodeDen shall not be held liable for incidental damage, further malfunction, or issues arising from prior tampering or damage not disclosed by the client. Clients accept this as part of our terms when submitting a device.

Terms of Service

Work is typically done during evenings and weekends. Device handoff is arranged by appointment. Clients will be notified of progress through our status update system or by direct contact. Uncollected devices after 60 days may be recycled or used for parts at NodeDen’s discretion.

Bills and Billing

NodeDen provides services as a FIE and is not a VAT payer.

Note: As a non-VAT payer, NodeDen does not charge VAT on invoices. Companies that are VAT-registered should handle any applicable VAT according to Estonian law.
